Hearts of Harris 2.0 was indeed an absurdly lively dreamy experience that left the audiences beyond the description of words.
Thank you Malik Streams for once again making it happen. The Hearts of Harris 2.0 concert brought to us by MS Gold was held at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur on 19 February 2023 and saw a full house of 12,500 fans, who came prepared to sing and dance their evening away.
Scorching Sun Cant Stop The Fun
Rain or shine, nothing was going to stop the concertgoers from vibing to Harris Jayaraj’s hits that day. This time it was blistering hot and still, they were all hyped and energized. The gates were scheduled to open at 1 pm and the crowd started building up by 11 am. Entertaining the crowds outside as they queued up were the dhol and urumi teams. People were seen hyping and dancing to the beats played. Not leaving out how precision teamwork from Malik Streams’ crew had the crowd well organised.
The crews assisted the audience to their ticket gates and made sure they were in the right lanes. Adding to this, there were also huge directory signages as guidance for the audiences to queue at their respective gates based on their tickets purchased.
Thankfully, the crews had the gates opened before 1 pm as the afternoon heat was getting intense with the scorching sun out. They had securities thoroughly checking individuals to make sure there weren’t any prohibited items brought in. Tickets were also checked and there were crews in each corner guiding the crowd right until they get to their seats inside.
The Hearts Of Harris 2.0 Catalysts
DJs will always have that special love from audiences in all concerts and shows. Without them, it’s a “NO” to a consistently thrilling show nowadays. And for Hearts Of Harris 2.0, we had three cool DJs on the turntables with 3 different mixes played. Upfront with the dancing and hyping beats, we had DJ Dasz. Followed by DJ Jay with his amazing Harris Jayaraj’s melodious mixes. DJ Jolly then wrapped the session with mixes of hip-hop beats and Bhangra beats with audiences cheering and dancing all about. Dope track DJs!
Local Artist Jam
A lineup of incredible local artists took over the next two hours of the show and rocked the stage entirely again. Malaysia’s famous “Amalina boy”, Santesh started off this round with his Amalina, Katthi, and his shocked-shocked’u hit. Also, Arunboii made his special appearance and performed Vaa Macha Vaa along with Santesh.
Malaysia’s 90s metal band Lock Up featuring Nathan, Xavier, Sri Ram, Switche, Victor, Mathan & Mista G’s electrified the audience with their Dappa Kuthu hits. They performed Ring Ting Ting, Katre, and all-time 90’s favorite Kokkorokko.
Legendary Darkkey and Elan The Keys were next in line. Yes, they obviously are the must to have performers in all shows. ‘Akkamage’ and ‘Puli Puli’ had the whole arena bagging their heads off. Trust me- Darrkey is like watching the engine of a fine-tuned Mercedes.
Special Guest -Shaam and Sonia Agarwal
Tell me you too confronted the nostalgia trip caused by the special entry of both celebrities.
How can we not relate Shaam’s ‘Oru Punnagai Poove’ and Sonia Agarwal’s ‘Puyaley’ hits by the Isai Minnal himself? Also present were Datuk Seri Saravanan Murugan as well as the man behind the show, Datuk Abdul Malik, CEO of Malik Streams Corporation.
Shaam’s Love Pannu Live With Roses 🌹
90’s lover boy Shaam, was not just a special guest on the show that evening but had a special act that invisibly snatched many girls’ hearts. Shaam had an interactive session with the audience as he gave out roses to girls who were all close to the stage. Also, a lucky fan from the audience had a chance to dance with him.

How much dreamier can this night get? The whole crowd gasped their air and freaked out in joy.

The moment everyone had been waiting for was seconds away. The arena that had LEDs swaying all of a sudden went pitch black. It felt like the whole hall was transported to a different dimension. Everyone had their phones ready to capture the amazing entry of the Isai Minnal and it was then- The spotlight was all on him and the crowd screamed their hearts off for the second time after his first show, and the arena vibrated. The melody king was on his magical keys performing his list of music along with the lineups of artists.

I personally do not know how to put this in words but no matter how many times Harris Jayaraj performs Ava Enna it never gets old- If this was a dream I wish I could fall asleep to rewind and relive the moment. Because this time Harris Jayaraj proved that the lines behind the song were more than words but emotion as he came up front and danced along with Karthik.
