You will eventually succeed at something if you have the desire to do so. A mother of two recently bestowed with the title Mrs Tourism Queen International, and to add to the victory, she is the first Malaysian to do so.
Hailing from Ipoh, Sangeet Kaur Manjit Singh topped 18 other contestants from various countries and clinched the title at the Mrs Tourism Queen International 2023 finale which was happened at Nong Khai, Thailand. The 41-year-old also emerges as the first runner-up for the best national costume for her outfit inspired by the Ngepan traditional Iban warrior attire.
“It feels good to win this pageant. I feel on top of the world being the first Malaysian to win this international title,” she told Asia Samachar.
The Asia Pacific University’s education consultant expressed that she feel like she’s on top of the world being the first Malaysian to win this international title also adding “I always believe in following your passion, being prepared to work hard and make sacrifices, and above all, never letting anyone limit your dreams.”
The first-timer in the pageant world stated that “I was involved in fashion, stage shows and pageants during my university days.”

The beauty queen expressed excitement about participating in initiatives that promote sustainability and ecotourism.
She conveyed a beautiful message to everyone: “Follow your passion, be prepared to work hard and sacrifice, and above all, don’t let anyone limit your dreams.”
