SJKT Ebor Bagged 2 Gold Medals in The 34th ITEX’23

Recently, International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX) had their 34th exhibition that was held in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). ITEX is an annual exhibition which produces the best audience and brings the most innovative concepts from Asia and beyond under one roof.

Students from SJKT Ebor, Shah Alam has bagged 2 gold medals with their innovation in the recent 34th ITEX’23. There were 50 SJKT Ebor students who took part in this exhibition. In order for them to present their creation in the exhibition, they were split into 10 groups. All 10 groups were successful in receiving medals for involvement in the exhibit; 2 gold, 7 silver, and 1 bronze medal were awarded in honor of the group’s innovative creation.

With their inventive invention of Banana Peel Chips and Aloe Vera Jam, the students were able to win two gold medals, bringing pride to their school. The outstanding students who participated in the event presented demonstrations on how to prepare Aloe Vera Jam and Banana Peel Chips. The panels were taken aback by their creativity, which established them as deserving of the gold medals.

There were 19 countries that have taken part in this exhibition. Students from SJKT Batu Caves and SJKT Kajang were among those who participated in the exhibition and represented Malaysia with their inventive works.

Mr. Panirselvam, the head of the SJKT Ebor Parent-Teacher Organisation, extended his appreciation to Mrs. P. Sivamalar, the school’s headmistress, as well as to the teachers and parents, for supporting and nurturing the abilities of children at the school.

SJKT Ebor students actively engaged in the previous ITEX. In addition, the students were triumphant in winning three gold medals and one bronze at the 31st ITEX 2020.
