The Tamil Cinema icon, Jyotika is about to make a comeback on Bollywood after 25 years!

Jyotika is recognised in the South as a leading actress in the Tamil film industry. Jyotika made a significant return to Tamil film in 2015, and since then, she has explored and excelled in new roles in various languages. Her films all leave the audience feeling satisfied and with a positive message for society as a whole. When she made her Bollywood debut in the 1998 film “Doli Saja Ke Rakhna,” she was enthusiastically accepted by the Hindi fans. She also acted in the Tamil and Hindi versions of the movie “Little John.” In a supernatural thriller, the actress will make a triumphant comeback to Hindi film alongside actor Ajay Devgan.

The filmmakers of the movie announced on Twitter that Jyotika will be working together alongside Madhavan and Ajay Devgan in a Vikas Bhal-directed film, sending the fans into a frenzy. Jyotika and Ajay Devgan will be interacting on-screen for the first time in the field. We all adored Madhavan and Jyotika‘s on-screen chemistry in films like “Dum Dum Dum,” “Priyamana Thozhi,” and “Magazhir Mattum.” Following their on-screen appearance in “Magazhir Mattum,” this would be the stars’ first reunion. Fans are eager to see this couple back together on film, and we are all thrilled!

Having said that, she is also a part of Rajkummar Rao’s next film Sri, which is directed by Vikas Bhal, making this her second feature since making her return to Hindi cinema. Late in January of this year, Jyotika announced on Instagram that Sri, her Bollywood comeback movie, has finished filming. The visual-impaired industrialist Srikanth Bolla is the subject of the biopic Sri. The movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani and is directed by Tushar Hiranandani.
