Vanizha Vasanthanathan is a Malaysian Indian model and Odissi dancer who has paved an illustrous career internationally. She is known for breaking barriers and beauty stigma by continuously expanding her horizons into newer territories. The model has walked for world-renowned designers at Lakme Fashion Week, Beijing Fashion Week and China Fashion Week. In 2018, Vanizha modelled for Farah Khan at her show in Halcyon Gallery, London and she was even featured on the spreads of Vogue magazine.

Vanizha who was recently seen attending auditions for Jakarta Fashion Week 2020 (JFW 2020) has announced that she has been confirmed as one of the models for this prestigious fashion event. She shared the exciting news on a social media post captioned, “Your girl made it in JAKARTA!”
Vanizha confirmed the news with Varnam Malaysia and is elated by this new achievement. Jakarta Fashion Week 2019 was held from October 20 to October 26, 2018 at Senayan City featuring 208 fashion designers from Australia, Pakistan, England, Japan, South Korea, France and India alongside local Indonesian designers. The official announcement for Jakarta Fashion Week 2020 will be released soon.
