SJ Suryah Reveals Amitabh Bachchan’s First Look From Uyarndha Manithan

Amitabh Bachchan will make his Tamil debut in SJ Suryah starrer Uyarndha Manithan. Yesterday, Suryah took to Twitter to share pictures from the set of the film.

Big B is seen in complete South Indian garb for the film, he dons a veshti and kurta with an angavastram around his head, replete with vibuthi and sandal paste on his forehead.

Suryah announced the film in August last year saying, “Even before I ventured into films as an assistant director, I wanted to work with Bachchan and finally, my dream has materialised. Though I feel extremely happy, I also feel nervous when I think I am going to act with him.”

Uyarndha Manithan is directed by Tamilvaanan. The film will be simultaneously shot in Hindi. The principal shooting of the film in March. Suryah had revealed last year that Amitabh has set aside 35 days for this project. In an interview, Suryah said “We had requested him for 40 days. He showed me his calendar for next year and I was so inspired that he’s so busy even at this age. He requested us to complete his portion in 35 days,”

It is unclear when Uyarndha Manithan will release, but we wish SJ Suryah and Big B the best on this venture!
