The Internet of things has brought about the dawn of a new generation of leaders, influencers and celebrities. Social media influencers have a large impact on the way society perceives information, communicates and draws inspirations from.

In Malaysia, we have seen a slew of social media influencers sprout in the world of beauty, health and wellness, fashion and fitness. A group of such influencers have joined hands to give back to women out there in a transformative programme called ‘The Mind & Body Makeover Project’.

The programme features Nithyaa RV, Pashini Selvakumar, Agalyah Maniam, Dr Revady and Santy. The project aims to elevate individuals to be their best self holistically. The topics that will be covered on the day includes Skincare & Haircare by Dr Revady, Styling & Modelling by Nithya, Fitness & Food by Pashini, Yoga & Mind Conditioning by Agalyah and Makeup by Santy.

The Speakers

Dr Revady

Dr Revady is a medical doctor who runs her own practice in Kuala Lumpur. She rose to fame in the virtual world with her quirky styles and fashion statements. Now, Dr Revady shares a myriad of content that covers topics of empowerment, mindfulness, spirituality, health and wellbeing. The cheerful mother of two spreads positive vibes in the ‘Gram and is often seen actively sharing her thoughts on IGTV.

Nithyaa RV 

Nithyaa is often seen working with other Malaysian creatives for photoshoots. The print and advertorial model, host and emcee has been actively involved in the local Tamil industry. Her Instagram feed offers a visual feast and South Asian style inspiration with vibrant photos. Nithyaa will be giving tips on styling and modelling at The Mind and Body Makeover Project.

Agalyah Maniam

Agalyah Maniam is a popular TV host turned yoga instructor. The founder of Hatha Yoga For All can be seen in gravity-defying, mind-blowing positions on her Instagram feed. Agalyah was seen on big screens as part of the cast of Vadai Productions’ Venpa movie. As a firm believer of holistic living and the power of the mind, Agalyah will be speaking about yoga for wellness and the power of mind conditioning.

Pashini Sivakumar

This actor has been actively working on movies and TV shows in Malaysia and Singapore and still has the time to maintain her 6 packs. Pashini kickstarted in the industry as a model and pageant contestant. She gives us #FitnessGoals with her workout videos and endearing posts with beau and workout buddy, Kesavan. The Vedigundu Passenge actor will be sharing insights on fitness and food at the event.

Santy

Santy from Santy’s Personal Touch has gained a sea of raving fans online for her makeup skills. This highly sought after makeup artist is set to give a tutorial on the art of makeup with day and night looks at The Mind & Body Makeover Project.
