Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the prominent shining star in kollywood industry beyond decades. Despite, India he is also well known in other countries like Malaysia and Japan. Recently, a song from his film ‘Uzhaippali‘ was played in the street of Toronto, Japan where the daily workers was protesting for equality. If a song from the film which was released back in 1993 is still evergreen even in different country which includes people from other nationality, that could only be done by our Thalaivar. His birth name was Shivaji Rao Gaekwad. Rajinikanth who is celebrated as Superstar worldwide was once a bus conductor in Bangalore. When he joined Madras Film Institute in Chennai, he caught the attention of well known director late K. Balachander. He was the one introduced Rajinikanth to the film industry by giving him a small role in ‘Apoorva Raagangal’ in 1995 and the rest in his career and life was history. Not to forget that the name ‘Rajinikanth’ which is literally a magnifying mantra among the fans was given by K. Balachander to Shivaji Rao.
During that era, the great Shivaji Ganesan was one of the top actor. K. Balachander was worried that the name of Shivaji Rao would create confusion among the fans since both names are partially same. To avoid that, he picked the name ‘Rajinikanth’ which was one of his character’s name from the film ‘Major Chandrakanth’ which was directed by him as well and got released in 1966.
Superstar is well known for Blockbuster hits and breaking records film industry. He is being an inspiration for leading actors in current generation. Even after decades, his fame is still the same. He has his own and unique style which never fails to attracts the fans. The stylish king will always have his separate fan base and fame among all other actors. His upcoming movie is ‘Jailer’ which is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The team had announced that shooting of the film is completed and it is scheduled to be released on 10th of August 2023. Superstar plays as ‘Muthuvel Pandian’ in the film. The collaboration of Thalaivar with other leading actors such as Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shivarajkumar, Ramya Krishnan and many more adds on anticipation for this film.

The storyline would present a renowned gangster and his guys deciding to come up with a plan to escape from prison. Following the formation of the plan, the gang attempts to escape, only to be met by an experienced and firm jailer. The plot revolves around how the jailer manages to disrupt the gang’s plans. The crew of the movie has come up with an exciting announcement that Ayngaran International which is a well known production and distribution company will be bringing the Jailer worldwide for theatrical release. This production company recently released the movie named ‘Kazhuvethi Moorkkan‘ in overseas markets. Superstar fans are eagerly waiting for other upcoming updates, song release and number and details of theaters where the movie will be screened. The movie release will be celebrated by his fans all around the world as he has no films last year. Seeing Thalaivar on big screens after a year would definitely give us goosebumps. Jailer is expected to be a massive hit.
