Pa. Ranjith, one of the most acclaimed Tamil director of the present day, is now busy with postproduction of his new movie “ Thangalaan” which stars Chiyaan Vikram, Malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Pasupathy. The renowned director will shortly begin work on “Sarpatta Parambarai 2,” which will star Arya.
In the meantime, Ranjith revealed that Attakathi Dinesh will play the lead character in his gangster flick. Dinesh reportedly spent time getting ready for the part in which he portrays a 50-year-old thug, and his new look has already gone viral on the internet.
In Ranjith’s first film, Attakathi, Dinesh played the lead role. The two also collaborated on the film Kabali. ‘Irandaam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu’ and ‘J. Baby,’ starring Dinesh, were both produced by Ranjith. The cast and crew for the upcoming gangster flick will soon be revealed.
