It has been almost 20 years since Sarath Kumar and Radikaa paired with each other for a film. They might have worked together in the critically acclaimed Chennaiyil Oru Naal. They are se to play husband and wife on screen as well. The duo will be seen together in Dhana’s Vaanam Kottatum, which stars Vikram Prabhu in the lead.
Altough Sarath Kumar and Radikaa have acted in many other films, Suryavamsam will remain as one of their most notable films. In Chennaiyil Oru Naal, the actors did share a screen space but were not paired together.
However, in Vaanam Kottatum, they will be seen playing a couple. The film centers on family drama, and has Vikram Prabhu and Aishwarya Rajesh playing siblings, while Madonna Sebastian has been roped in as the former’s pair.
Mani Ratnam and Dhana penned the dialogues for this film. The film will be produced under Mani Ratnam’s banner, Madras Talkies. The team is looking to release the film in July.
