Superstar Rajinikanth‘s “Jailer” is currently smashing all the blockbuster records. As the “Tiger” is roaring in all the big screens worldwide, the “Tiger” in off screen is on his peaceful journey to holy places including most favourite place, Himalayas. Yes, we are referring to “Thalaivar’s ” spiritual journey here! After “Jailer”, Rajinikanth is joining hands with T.J. Gnanavel who is the director of “Jai Bhim” for “Thalaivar 170”. T.J. Gnanavel is one of the prominent director in Tamil cinema industry. His name resonates most resoundingly for his magnum opus, “Jai Bhim” (2021), a cinematic triumph that has left an indelible imprint on the celluloid tapestry.
Gnanavel’s cinematic voyage embarked in the annals of 2011, wherein he wielded his quill to craft the riveting tale and intricately woven screenplay of the crime-action opus, “Payanam.” His creative eminence further flourished as he collaborated with Prakash Raj, contributing his adept word craft to the latter’s directorial opus, “Dhoni” (2012), enriching the narrative with his dialogic brilliance.
The year 2017 witnessed Gnanavel’s meteoric ascendancy into the directorial realm with “Kootathil Oruthan,” a tapestry where he not only orchestrated the cinematic symphony but also intricately interwine the threads of storytelling, screenplay, and dialogues. This cinematic endeavor, starring Ashok Selvan and Priya Anand, stands as a testament to Gnanavel’s multifaceted prowess.
