Ajith’s next film, titled Vidaamuyarchi, which is directed by Magizh Thirumeni, will see the actress Tamannaah as its heroine. The film’s team is currently in talks with this trending actress to star in this film, which is said to be an action thriller.
Tamannaah had gone viral after her mesmerising and energetic performance of the song Kaavaalaa from the recent blockbuster Rajinikanth film Jailer. The hit song that featured Tamannaah was composed by Anirudh, whose music has played an immensely important part in both the song and the film’s success.
Jailer was also Tamannaah’s first Tamil film after four years, and both she and her fans were happy to see her return to Kollywood. Some of her most notable works in Tamil cinema have been her performances in the films Kalloori, Paiyaa, Siruthai, and Ayan. The acclaimed actress was honoured with a Kalaimamani Award in 2010 for her astounding work as an actress.
This will be Ajith’s first film after the commercial success of his previous film, Thunivu. Fan’s have been eagerly awaiting for his next project and were immensely excited to here about Vidaamuyarchi. More updates on the film will be released as production commences.
