‘Raththam’ is Vijay Antony’s upcoming movie. The movie is directed by CS Amudhan and music composed by Kannan Narayanan. The movie was originally slated for a release on September 28th but has now been rescheduled to October 6th. This change in the release date is attributed to a higher volume of films scheduled for release on the previously planned date.

Hence, fans were waiting for his upcoming movie ‘Raththam’. The trailer of the movie was out on 9th September. It was intriguing with back to back mysteries which gives the fans many questions. Its an action movie which would potentially have many twists.
Mahima Nambiar, Nandita Swetha and Remya Nambeesan are the actresses playing lead role in the film. The movie also includes comedians such as Jagan, Nizhalgal Ravi, John Mahendran, Kalai Rani and many other popular artists. Even though the delay in the release of the movie is disappointing but, its good for the movie so that it would be recognized.
Five films, namely Iraivan, Raththam, Chithha Parking, and Uyir Tamizhukku, initially declared September 28 as their release date. Moreover, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ recently rescheduled its release from September 15 to September 28. Consequently, Vijay Antony’s ‘Raththam’ will also be postponed by one week in response to these scheduling changes. The producer of the film had made this announcement via tweeter yesterday.
