Vijay is all set for his grand release of ‘Leo’ the much anticipated movie of the year. The film is scheduled to hit the big screens on 19th October. Being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, audience are eagerly waiting to witness the “Lokesh Cinematic Universe”. Anirudh has scored music for “Leo”.
Reports suggests that there are only two songs in the film and one of them which is “Naa Ready” has already released. Currently, the movie makers are releasing fiery posters of the film. As there is less than one month left for the movie release, audience might be treated with back-to-back updates from the movie makers.
After ‘Leo’, actor Vijay will be joining hands with Venkat Prabhu for his next movie which is tentatively titled as ‘Thalapathy 68’. Yuvan will be the music composer for the movie. Pre-production work of the film has started. Reports suggest that Vijay is set to portray two distinct roles in ‘Thalapathy 68.’ In preparation for this, the actor underwent a 3D VFX scan in Los Angeles to finalize his appearance for the movie. Currently, the team is finalizing the cast of the movie.
According to the most recent report, it appears that Arvind Swamy is set to become a part of the ensemble for ‘Thalapathy 68.’ As the news circulates, there is growing curiosity about the character he will portray in the upcoming film directed by Venkat Prabhu.
If the reports of the actor’s involvement in ‘Thalapathy 68‘ prove accurate, it would mark his first collaboration with actor Vijay. Notably, Arvind Swamy previously collaborated with Venkat Prabhu in his last directorial venture, ‘Custody,’ where he portrayed the role of the antagonist in the cop drama.
Previously, there were reports suggesting that Prabhu Deva and Prashanth might be part of the ensemble for ‘Thalapathy 68,’ with confirmation from Prashanth’s father, Tiagarajan, about ongoing discussions with the film’s makers. However, Arvind Swamy’s involvement has introduced an element of uncertainty.
We will need to await an official statement, as the film’s cast and crew are anticipated to be unveiled following the release of ‘Leo.’
