Jason Sanjay is son of the Thalapathy Vijay. During his young age, he made an appearance alongside his father, Vijay, in the song “Naa Adicha” from the movie Vettaikaaran. Jason Sanjay, has ventured into Kollywood and is making a name for himself as a debut director. His debut film is currently in production under the banner of Lyca Productions.
Lyca Productions has made this announcement recently. Since this announcement surfaced, there has been substantial speculation about the film’s cast and crew. According to the latest report, the renowned music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has been in talks to score music for the movie.
Earlier, we had also shared that ‘Bigg Boss Tamil’ and ‘Dada’ fame, actor Kavin might be playing the lead in Jason Sanjay’s directorial debut. It was said that the debut director wanted Anirudh to compose music for his film. Now, Yuvan is in discussion for that.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is currently working on the music for Kavin’s upcoming film ‘Star,’ directed by Elan. Most likely, we will be witnessing the collaboration of Kavin and Yuvan again in Jason’s film as well. Yuvan’s compositions span various genres which have left an indelible mark on the Tamil and Indian film industry. Yuvan’s ability to evoke emotions through his music, coupled with his innovation, has made him a respected figure, and his tunes continue to be the favourite of ours. Hence if this collaboration happens, Yuvan’s music will be a huge power for the film.
The movie is expected to feature emerging talents in its ensemble, and discussions are underway between the production company and some of the industry’s leading technicians to join this venture. An official announcement about the film’s cast and crew is anticipated after the release of Vijay’s ‘Leo,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, which is set to premiere on October 19, 2023.
