The Road: Queen of South India Trisha’s Latest Movie to Hit the Big Screen Tomorrow

Actress Trisha‘s latest Tamil film The Road will be released in all theatres tomorrow, written and directed by Arun Vaseegaran and music by Sam C.S. While actress Trisha is in the lead role, Vela Ramamoorthy, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Miya George, Santhosh Prathap, M.S Bhaskar, and many other talented actors in supporting roles are starring in this film too.

The South Indian Queen was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2. The actress enthralled everyone with her amazing performance as ‘Kundavai‘, an Indian princess. She has done absolute justice to all her roles in the films she has done so far. Currently, the actress is taking new steps in her career by taking on female-centered roles and diversifying her film genre choices. According to the film crew members, Trisha’s role in this film will definitely give her a different and certainly diverse image compared to all her previous films.

The film tells a true story that took place in Madurai, India in the year 2000. The climax of the film involves consecutive accidents that happen one after another and the mystery behind these accidents, whether it was an accidental mistake or a planned “accident”.

Trisha plays a a woman with nothing left to lose and ready to investigate the mystery behind these accidents, who later faces many challenges from death threats to full-blown drama. Her role in the film also portrays the strong will of a woman determined to discover the terrible truth behind a complex mystery.

As expected, the trailer received an amazing response from the audience. The film has many thrilling elements such as suspense, action and above all, actress Trisha’s raw acting, all wrapped up in a blockbuster and ready to entertain the audience starting tomorrow.

Fun fact is that the majority of the scenes in this movie were also shot at the exact location of the actual incident to maintain the uniqueness of the scene and provide a more thrilling experience to the audience. In Malaysia, the release was handed by MSK Cinemas Sdn Bhd in partnership with KS Movie Sdn Bhd. So all audiences can easily watch this movie in nearby theatres.

The actress is known as the Queen of South India for a reason. She has a long history in the entertainment industry with most successful films and no long breaks. The actress has been working in the industry for almost 24 years and has acted in more than 65 films, and most of her films has been either commercially successful or stories. Meanwhile, Leo’s upcoming collaboration film with Thalapathy Vijay is awaited by many audiences. The Road is also another breakthrough for the queen.
