Sid Sriram is an exceptionally talented and celebrated singer known for his soulful melodies and captivating voice. He has gained immense popularity and a dedicated fan following due to his ability to evoke deep emotions through his music. WoodMark Events organised Sid Sriram Heart & Soul 3.0, another mega live in concert of Sid Sriram at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil on 7th October 2023..
This was a fully sold out concert where the Axiata Arena was filled with a sea of fans. They came all set to delve into the rhythms of Sid Sriram. He did not fail to fulfill their wish. Sid Sriram’s Heart & Soul 3.0 was definitely a standout concert.
1. Welcoming Party
There were two DJ sessions presented before the concert kick-started. First session was presented by DJ Jay. His energetic beats rocked Axiata Arena. The pulsating beats and rhythmical tunes create an electrical atmosphere, setting the mood for an evening of entertainment and fun. His ‘Enakkoru Girlfriend’ from ‘Boys’ movie made everyone dance. The music wasn’t just confined to the stage but filled the entire arena, immersing the audience in a sonic experience that reached every corner of the venue.
Following that, DJ Moski appeared on stage for the next DJ session. DJ Moski increased the beat in the Axiata Arena. He played a mixture of rocking, old, and new folks songs as well. The Axiata went wild the moment they heard the iconic ‘Baasha’ background music accompanied by Thalaivar’s dialogue,
“Vaazhkaile Kastapadame ethuvum kedeikathu,
kastapadame kedekire ethuvum neleikaathu”.
He played the recent most favourite song of Thalaivar fans. Guess what?
Yes, the tiger roared ‘Hukum Tiger ka Hukum’. There were shouts of joy, whistles, and a harmonious chorus of voices singing along with the song. Every lyric, every beat, was an invitation for the audience to become part of something greater, to unite in the universal language of music. He also played ‘Naa Ready’ song which increased the vibe and anticipation for the release of ‘Leo’. The DJ session as an inaugural ceremony was an introduction that energized the venue and created a vibrant atmosphere.

Sid Sriram always graces his concert with evergreen melody songs that are not his own. This time he sang, ‘Thenpandi Cheemaiyile’ which took over the crowd. Malaysia was so blessed to hear the song in Sid Sriram’s version. He delivered all the emotions he had through the song which made it soulful.
He rocked the stage as usual with “Vennilave Vennilave’‘ and “Puthu Vellai Mazhai” songs. Several audiences would have attended the concert just for this segment. His “Oru Theivam Thantha Poove” had a very deep connection to the heart. We witnessed a few in the audience were in tears while Sid Sriram sang the song. This was also one of the reasons to make the concert something special.
