As of October 12, 2023, MYAirline has announced its suspension of services until further notice. This difficult decision has been taken by the company due to the financial burden of the airline services pending shareholder restructuring and recapitalization of the airline.
MyAirlines Board of Directors has stated how regretful they are of this decision and acknowledges the inconvenience this decision brings about for their customers, workers, and company partners. They regretfully state that the decision was taken with great difficulty as there were no alternatives left for them.
“We deeply regret and apologize for having to make this decision as we understand the impact it will have on our loyal passengers, dedicated employees and partners. We have worked tirelessly to explore various partnership and capital raising options to prevent this suspension. Unfortunately, the constraints of time have left us with no alternative but to take this decision.”

The company is collectively working towards amending this problem and quickly regaining operations, but as of now, they cannot give a proper estimate of when their operations will resume. They express their deepest apologies for any and all inconveniences caused by this suspension and promise to update customers on any further developments.
