Suriya is one of the prominent Indian actor in Kollywood industry. He has charmed audiences with his exceptional acting skills and versatility. Suriya is celebrated for his ability to effortlessly portray a wide range of characters, from intense action heroes to nuanced roles in socially relevant films.
Few of his notable films are “Soorarai Potru”, “Jai Bhim” and many other films. Following the resounding triumph of “Soorarai Pottru,” Suriya is collaborating with director Sudha Kongara for their upcoming project. The film is tentatively titled as ” Suriya 43″.
Scheduled to commence production later this year, the movie is rumored to feature Suriya in the role of a college student. As per sources, Suriya is gearing up to undergo a transformation, shedding pounds to portray a younger character with a toned physique in the film.
An official announcement regarding the film is still pending. The upcoming movie boasts an impressive ensemble cast, with Suriya, Nazriya Nazim, and Dulquer Salmaan in the lead roles, supported by Madhavan and Vijay Varma in pivotal characters. Produced under Suriya’s banner, 2D Entertainment, the film’s musical score is composed by the talented GV Prakash Kumar.
Director Sudha Kongara had previously hinted at her collaboration with Suriya for a project based on real-life events, although it remains uncertain whether “Suriya 43” is indeed that film. Official details about the movie’s storyline are yet to be disclosed, creating a buzz of anticipation among fans.
Currently, Suriya is engrossed in the filming of “Kanguva,” helmed by director Siva. This highly anticipated movie is slated for a theatrical release next year in 3D, spanning 10 different languages. The star-studded cast includes Disha Patani and Bobby Deol in prominent roles, with the musical magic being woven by Devi Sri Prasad.
Additionally, Suriya enthusiasts can look forward to his upcoming project “Vaadivaasal” in collaboration with Vetrimaaran, while the actor is also reportedly on the verge of sealing a deal for the film “Rolex” under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj.
