The highly accomplished and gorgeous 29-year-old Balroop Kaur Jaspal Singh, also known as Balroop Aujla, has just been crowned as the 24th Miss Malaysia Indian Global. This prestigious event, which carefully selects and awards the most exemplary Malaysian Indian pageant queens, took place at the Premiere Hotel in Klang. Balroop had adorned herself gorgeously in a Bill Keith designer gown. She was not only the winner of the beauty pageant overall, but her charm and grace had blown away the judges to crown her as the MMIGLOBAL Miss Elegance. Along with the title, she was also prized with a return ticket to Kuching, Sawarak. Balroop had also amazed the judges with her empathetic answer to the question of what were the biggest challenges of this generation. She answered that this generation of Indian women have little confidence in themselves and live with poor self-esteem, which hinders their growth.
The crowned beauty queen expressed her utmost joy at receiving the award and recognition. She stated that she had battled through anxiety the entire time, making her win all the more meaningful.
“I am so happy. I didn’t expect this. I have anxiety issues and it was hard for me everytime,”
