Previously, six-year-old Jacquelin, who is in pre-school, astounded us all by attempting to become the “youngest Malaysian to scale the World Highest Base Camp,” which is the Everest Base Camp in Nepal at a height of 5364 meters. Notably,  Jacquelin is attempting this Malaysian Book of Records endeavor just to raise RM10,000 for disadvantaged, orphaned, and mistreated children in our country. That demonstrates the child’s generosity and genuine desire to help the community, particularly children her age.

Little Jacquelin has now set a new national record by conquering Everest Base Camp, which took her five days to arrive and another two days to complete the 130-kilometer trek. Nowadays, youthful prodigies are notably finding their path to success. The nicest thing is that we as a society get to witness a proud Malaysian moment.

Jacquelin’s mother, Melinder Kaur, a former national athlete and retired army lieutenant, has been a big inspiration to her daughter, and Melinder Kaur has conveyed her congratulations to her daughter on her accomplishment at such a young age.

I always know you could do it, and I’m incredibly proud of you, Jacquelin. This is your first national record. I am so thrilled to hear that you reached your goals. Congratulations and I wish you numerous more long stretches of accomplishment in sports. You worked so hard and pushed your abilities to the limit to make this success happen.

The young Jacquelin must be quite pleased of herself for achieving such a prestigious sporting achievement. Having the best parents on her side, as well as a lot of support from society and sports authorities, will undoubtedly propel her to tremendous heights, since she possesses exceptional skill. Melinder Kaur also expressed her gratitude to various individuals for their cooperation and assistance throughout Jacquelin’s trip.

Thank you to our sponsors, mainly klwellnesscity, bainsphysio, our organizer, Himalaya Sunrise Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Dato Pretam who has been guiding us, and all other contributor, family, and friends. Your support played a key role in the success of Jacquelin’s record attempt, and we really appreciate it.
