Radhika Sarathkumar’s Narrow Escape From Sri Lanka Bomb Blast

The death toll is rising following the act of terror that shook Sri Lanka on Easter Day. As families and friends gathered for the celebrations, six locations were blasted by a radical religious group called National Thowheed Jamath. Over 500 people were injured from the blasts that took place at St.Antony’s church at Kozhchikade, Shangri-la hotel, Cinnamon grand hotel, Kingsbury Church, St. Sebastian’s Church at Katuwapitiya and other Church located in Batticaloa.

The world is shaken by this act of terror and Sri Lanka is currently in a state of emergency, which gives police and military extensive powers to detain and interrogate suspects without court orders.

Actress Radhika Sarathkumar had a narrowly escaped the recent bomb blasts in Sri Lanka. She checked out just a few minutes before the bomb blasts went off at Cinnamon grand hotel.

Radhika took to Twitter expressing shock over the blasts.
