HRD Minister Sivakumar Distributes Deepavali Food Baskets To 1000 People At Batu Gajah

The Festival of Deepavali is celebrated by millions of Hindus worldwide. It is a time of joy and togetherness, where families come together to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and good or evil. It is heartening to hear about the Honorable Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Sivakumar recently undertook a noble initiative to distribute Deepavali food baskets to 1000 underprivileged people in his Batu Gajah parliamentary constituency on the occasion of Deepavali. The distribution of food baskets to 300 people in the Menglembu Assembly Constituency, 350 people in the Gelabang Assembly Constituency, and 350 people in the Duronto Assembly Constituency reflect a comprehensive effort to reach various communities within the constituency. Minister Sivakumar’s ongoing support and assistance during the festive season demonstrate a commitment to the well-being of the people in his constituency.
