Music director Sam CS became famous for his background score for Vikram Vedha starring Madhavan and Vijay Sehtupathi in the lead.
Since then, the musician has been much in demand. His latest album Ispade Rajavum Idhaya Raniyum for Harish Kalyan was also well-received.
He has been roped in to score music for Madhavan’s debut directorial Rocketry The Nambi Effect. In the multilingual movie, Madhavan plays former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayan.
The film is based on the account of Nambi being wrongly accused of in an espionage case, and subsequently imprisoned for the crime, though without any evidence. The scientist was later released and he has conferred a Padma Bhushan award.
The teaser was released in last October was received well. Now, Sam CS has shared the news of being a part of the biopic.
He also mentioned that he never thought he will be a part of this movie, and thanked Madhavan for roping him in for the biopic’s music.
