The University Of North Malaysia Has Organized Aram Sei Deepavali 2023

The “Aram Sei Deepavali” event organized by the Student Representative Council of the University of North Malaysia (Universiti Utara Malaysia) was a success. The initiatives focus on serving the underprivileged children of the local community, particularly those from the B40 section reflects a commendable commitment to social responsibility.

The various aspects of the project, such as providing food baskets, donations, and organizing a Deepavali party for 15 underprivileged children, showcase a thoughtful approach to making a positive impact on the community. The donation of 2000 silver to the students from the B40 category at the University of North Malaysia and the significant contribution of 500 silver to Arulmigu Sri Murugan Temple in Jitra further highlight the abroad scope of the initiative.

The involvement of volunteers in cleaning and beautifying the temple premises not only contributes to the success of the event but also demonstrates a respectful engagement with the local culture and tradition. This holistic approach to community service enhances the overall impact of the initiative.
