The positive impact and meaningful contributions of the Malaysian Telugu Foundation in celebrating Diwali for underprivileged children and students are very inspiring. As highlighted by HRD Minister V. Sivakumar. The Deepavali gifts distributed to 16 children from the Selayang Sweet Care Home showcase the foundation’s commitment to supporting those in need.

The Chairman of the Malaysian Telugu Foundation, Datuk R. Kanda Rao, received appreciation for his leadership in organizing the event, especially as it coincided with the foundation’s tenth anniversary. The financial incentive provided to a schoolgirl adds another dimension to the foundation’s efforts, reflecting a holistic approach to community support.

He commended the foundation for its inspiring dedication to serving the community and encouraged them to persist in their altruistic endeavors.

The Minister extended his gratitude to the organizing committee, led by Chairman Datuk R. Kanda Rao, and urged the Malaysian Telugu Foundation to continue its commendable service to the community. Such efforts are crucial in providing assistance to those who genuinely need it, and the Minister thanked the foundation for its valuable contributions to society.
