In a notable achievement, she defeated the 6th ranked player and successfully advanced to the quarterfinals of the competition.
With the victory in the recent competition, Sivasangari has elevated her standing in the squash world rankings to an impressive 22nd position as of 20th November 2023. This noteworthy achievement underscores her unwavering commitment, exceptional skill, and relentless pursuit of excellence on the squash court, marking a significant ascent in her competitive standing on the world stage. Sivasangari is also set to grace the upcoming Olympics scheduled to take place in Paris next year as well.
