The India International Innovation & Invention Expo, a prominent event in the realm of innovation, unfolded last month in November. SJKT Jenjarom made its mark on the global stage as five students, organized into two teams, participated in the competition virtually.

Despite the challenges posed by the virtual format, the students from SJKT Jenjarom showcased their ingenuity and problem-solving prowess on an international platform. Their active involvement in the competition not only reflects the school’s commitment to fostering innovation but also underscores its adaptability to evolving circumstances, such as the shift to virtual engagement.

The first team, comprised of Abhineshwary Harikrishnnan and Vanshika Vijayantharan, garnered gold medal for their innovative project titled ‘Wheel Board Game.’ The gold medal win for this project underscores the creativity, dedication, and craftsmanship exhibited by Abhineshwary Harikrishnnan and Vanshika Vijayantharan.

In a parallel triumph, the second team comprising Anandraja Sivaraja, Rudrraah Ravisangkar, and Darvind Mohan secured a gold medal as well for their innovation titled ‘Aayakalai Health Mix Powder.’ This health-oriented project showcases the students’ commitment to addressing real-world issues by providing a tangible solution in the form of a health-focused product. The recognition of their efforts with a gold medal is a testament to the impact their project can have on promoting health and well-being.

Their achievement not only elevates the status of SJKT Jenjarom on the international stage but also serves as an inspiration for future innovators within the school. Ms. Saraswathi Subramaniam, the dedicated teacher who mentored these students, deserves applause and recognition for her pivotal role in their success. Her guidance served as the main source of inspiration and support that propelled the children to victory.
