On the 15th of December 2023, the second installation of the empowering Miss Amazing Malaysia 2023/2024 had been officially unveiled during press which was organised at the the Bungalow 37 in Bangsar. This wonderful event was graced by YBhg. Datuk Zainalabidin Mohamed and Datin Angelina as honoured guests. This event was also attended by pageant partners and sponsors, members of the media, and guests. This pageant has the official endorsement of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia and is mainly sponsored by Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sothilligam founder of Maya Restaurant in Bangsar.
The Miss Amazing Malaysia platform has been designed to uplift and empower differently abled women despite the marginalisation they encounter in society at large. This pageant was attended by 12 fabulous women between the ages of 16 and 38 who are all differently abled; some have physical limitations, while others have mental conditions such as down syndrome and autism. This event puts forth the brave and necessary idea that beauty is complex and diverse. and that the idea of beauty in modern times should be transformed into a concept that allows all women to feel beautiful and loved.
Miss Maynicca Devi Rajamanikam, the founder of Miss Amazing Malaysia, who was
herself a beauty queen when she emerged as the first runner-up in Mrs. India Worldwide Malaysia 2018 reminded Malaysians to recognise that there is great potential within each differently-abled woman.
“This platform endeavours to empower these women, fostering an environment where they can recognise and attain their full potential, ensuring the fulfilment of their rights. These finalists shared with me deeply moving sentiments, expressing how touched they were by this opportunity. For many, it was the first time someone had extended a hand to showcase their skills, and some were even in tears, grateful for the opportunity to finally reveal their true selves. Their emotional responses have touched my heart and have made my efforts truly worthwhile.”

The next upcoming segment of the pageant will have the finalists carefully scheduled into a number of relevant and exciting self-development activities leading up to the grand finals. Personalised activities for individual development and interpersonal skills are among them. Additionally, there will be a catwalk workshop, image consulting, a fitness programme, and other crucial programmes tailored for the participants The pageant girls of Miss Amazing Malaysia 2023/2024 are Hayley Kong Poh Yee, Sarmeshvari Tan, Rajvin Kaur Randhawa, Linges Warry Apparao, Shanti S. Mugunen, Nurul Fatini Binti Aziuddin, Soffiah Zammil, Suganya A/P Visaya Kumar, Khairunnisa Binti M. Naser, Nur Nazahiah Binti Nasaruddin, Fauustiina Rai Xavier, and Syafi Amani Azlan.
The Grand Finals of Miss Amazing Malaysia 2023/2024. will commence on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Jasmine Banquet Hall.
