The college was conceived under the leadership of Tun Samy Vellu, the former President of Malaysian Indian Congress(MIC). Recognizing the need for a dedicated institution for Indian students to provide accessible and high-quality technical and professional education, Tun Samy Vellu played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and establishing the college.
TAFE College is located at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The institution was established to provide an affordable avenue for Indian students seeking quality education in technical and professional fields. Over the years, the college has graduated approximately 45,000 individuals equipped with valuable skills and knowledge.
