Arya’s fitness journey matches the expectation generated by his previous workout video, released before Pa Ranjith’s “Sarpatta Parambarai.” Although the film did not have a theatrical release, it did extremely well on Amazon Prime Video, solidifying Arya’s image as a versatile performer. With “Mr. X” on the horizon, Arya’s latest workout video promises another riveting performance.

In “Sarpatta Parambarai,” Arya experienced a dual change, bulking up at the film’s beginning and achieving a shredding figure later. However, “Mr. X” has an extraordinarily ‘cut’ appearance, as evidenced by his recent video in which he sculpts his biceps with a cable crossover machine while showcasing his chiseled abs.

In a recent interview, Director Manu Anand emphasized Arya’s unwavering commitment to his part in “Mr. X.” To truly mimic the persona, the actor has followed an extremely rigid diet and even limited his water consumption. Anand praised Arya’s dedication, highlighting how fortunate he is to have such a motivated team, which includes acclaimed actress Manju Warrier in a key role. Warrier, renowned for her flexibility, has also performed difficult stunts for the film.

“Mr. X” has an impressive ensemble cast, including Sarathkumar, Gautham Karthik, Athulya, and Raiza Wilson in key roles. With sixty percent of the shooting completed, excitement grows for the film’s release in the latter half of 2024.

Arya’s dedication to his profession and transforming journey for “Mr. X” demonstrate his commitment to providing riveting performances. As fans eagerly await the release of the movie, Arya’s latest project promises to be another feather in his cap, capturing audiences with his talent and passion for the craft.
