The vibrant essence of Hinduism is set to ignite the hearts and minds of youth across Malaysia as the National Malaysia Hindhudharma Maamandram embarks on its nationwide roadshow, encapsulating the essence of cultural identity, education, and community empowerment. One of its flagship events, the Hindu Nee Magathanavan Youth Conference, promises to be a transformative journey, beckoning the young and curious to explore the intersections of tradition and modernity.

Youth Empowerment at Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, Sungai Pari, Ipoh

On the auspicious Sunday of February 25, 2024, the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Sungai Pari, Ipoh, Perak, will serve as the sacred ground for the next state for the youth conference. With sessions spanning from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., the event is meticulously crafted to cater to the diverse interests and aspirations of the attendees.

The conference unfolds in two distinct sessions, each tailored to engage different segments of the community. The morning session, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, is dedicated to the vibrant energy of youth, offering them a platform to voice their perspectives, aspirations, and concerns. IPTA/IPTS students from across the nation are encouraged to participate, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and collaboration.

An Enlightening Forum: “MEIPORUL KAAN”

At the heart of the conference lies the enlightening dialogue under the banner “MEIPORUL KAAN.” Esteemed personalities, including Shri AK Ramesh, a motivational speaker and Youth Camp Coordinator, will serve as the moderator, guiding the discourse with wisdom and enthusiasm. Joining him are esteemed panelists: Prof. Dr. Jaya Balan Valliappan, a distinguished gynecologist and President of Malaysia, Muruga Bakthi Peravai, and Shri Sivaraj Lingaraj, an assistant producer and news reader at Astro. Together, they promise to unravel the depths of Hinduism’s relevance in the contemporary world, offering insights and perspectives that resonate with the youth.
