The Youth Bureau of Malaysia Hindu Sangam’s Penang State Council, successfully orchestrated a comprehensive blood donation campaign spanning from January 12th to February 25th, 2024. Throughout this six-week period, a total of 13 well-coordinated blood donation events were strategically organized across the entire state. This impressive initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of both the state and local council youth bureaus.

The campaign garnered widespread participation and support, with a remarkable total of 500 individuals generously stepping forward as blood donors. This significant turnout underscores the success of the campaign and reflects the community’s commitment to contributing towards a noble cause.

A noteworthy aspect of the ceremony was the acknowledgment given to the Youth Bureau of Malaysia Hindu Sangam (MHS) in Gelugor, Bukit Bendera, and Batu Kawan Local Council. These branches were honored as the top three contributors to the blood donation campaign, having achieved the highest collection rates.
