Parthiban Calls Out Vishal's 'Ayogya' For Copying His 1993 Film 'Ulley Veliye'

Vishal’s ‘Ayogya’ has had a good opening in theaters and fans are loving the social message that the film carries. ‘Ayogya’ is directed by Venkat Mohan and sees Vishal alongside Parthiban, Raashi Khanna, K.S. Ravikumar and Radha Ravi in the film. Parthiban, who also stars in the film, tweeted a disgruntled note about how ‘Ayogya’ has copied his 1993 film ‘Ulley Veliye’.

‘Ayogya’ is an official remake of the Telugu blockbuster ‘Temper’ starring Junior NTR. Parthiban was also criticised ‘Ayogya’ for copying his film without prior permission or getting rights from the original ‘Temper’ team. He also condemned the filmmaker’s audacity to sign him to star in it and ended the note with a hint of passive-aggression by saying that he is actually proud of it.

Parthiban plays the role of Kaalirajan in ‘Ayogya’ and the film has received a 8/10 rating on IMDb.
