The Fantasia International Film Festival or Fantasia is an prestigious film festival that features work of art from around the world in the heart of beautiful Montreal. The festival welcomes over 500 directors, actors, producers, studio representatives, distributors and festival programmers and guests every year to experience the magic of filmmaking at Fantasia.
This year, a film from South India has found its way into the prestigious Fantasia! Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s acclaimed multi-starrer ‘Super Deluxe’ featuring Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha, Fahadh Faasil, Ramya Krishnan, Mysskin, Bagavathy Perumal and Gayathrie Sankar, among others, will be screened under the Special Screening section of the film fest.

The movie has been described as ‘crazy, ambitious, and deliberately overloaded slice of stylized contemporary Indian cinema, painting a cosmic fresco of absurd connections, coincidences, and delicious digressions!’ and will be viewed at the Most Outstanding and Largest Genre Film Festival In North America. Other films that have made the cut to the festival is Liam Hemsworth’s Killerman and Richard Dreyfuss’ Poignant Astronaut.
