SJKT Castlefield Puchong recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to usher in a new era of growth and innovation, signaling a huge step forward in education. With an aim of transforming and elevating the educational landscape, the school is embarking on a ground-breaking endeavor to rethink its infrastructure and curriculum.

The announcement of the development of a cutting-edge facility for Castlefield Tamil School, representing a significant three million ringgit investment, was the ceremony’s high point. Anthony Loke, a representative of the Ministry of Transport, spoke at the occasion and emphasized the government’s commitment to improving educational facilities. He expressed confidence that the new building will be completed within a year. Anthony Loke claims that the government has spent three million ringgit building this school’s necessary infrastructure, which will be finished in 1.5 years.

Headmistress of SJKT Castlefield Puchong, Karpagam Krishnasamy described the event as a watershed moment for their school, emphasizing the school’s perseverance in the face of adversity. She underlined the initiative’s enormous impact and predicted a sharp increase in student enrollment and academic achievement. “After many years of obstacles and challenges, this is regarded as a significant achievement, and I am confident that this school will be developed on a large scale,” she said.

One of the most intriguing aspects of the expansion is the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into the curriculum, which is being led by IR Kumar Subramaniam, Chairman of the Board of SJKT Castlefield, Puchong. This innovative strategy seeks to transform education and provide students the skills they need to succeed in a quickly changing digital environment.” We are working closely with our Digital Minister, Gobind Singh Deo to turning in this school into artificial intelligence (AI) technology sooner or later,” stated Kumar.

With 700 kids already enrolled, the school expects a spike in enrollment and plans to have at least 1000 students when the new facility is completed. A dedication to offering a supportive learning environment for every student is demonstrated by the increase from 2.6 acres to an amazing 6 acres. The school, under the direction of Gobind Singh Deo, is working closely with the Ministry of Digital, and soon it will become an AI-focused organization. A common vision for using technology to improve educational outcomes may be seen in Gobind Singh’s support of the plan.

With 36 classrooms and 120 more spaces to support extracurricular and academic activities, the upcoming four-story structure is expected to be a shining example of educational excellence. Presence of dignitaries including Selangor State Executive Councillor V. Ganapathi Rao, EXCO Selangor V. Papparaidu, Deputy Minister of Education Wong Kah Woh, and Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari highlights the importance of the event and the group’s dedication to improving education.

As the foundation for this massive project is established, SJKT Castlefield Puchong is well-positioned to completely transform the educational scene and establish new standards for creativity, diversity, and quality. The groundbreaking ceremony ushers off an exciting journey that will eventually provide students with the skills they need to succeed in the digital age.
