Sivasangari earned the PSA Moment of the Season award for her outstanding performance at the London Classic. On April 1, she secured her first PSA gold-level title by defeating the World No. 3, Hania El Hammamy. This sensational victory highlighted her incredible run in the tournament and was pivotal in winning this prestigious accolade.

During the London Classic, Sivasangari’s remarkable journey to victory was marked by defeating some of the top players in the world. In the quarter-finals, she achieved a significant milestone by overcoming World No. 1 Nour El Sherbini, showcasing her exceptional skill and tenacity. Her impressive performance continued into the semi-finals, where she faced World No. 4 Nele Gilis and emerged victorious. These triumphs against highly ranked opponents were pivotal in her sensational run, ultimately leading to her clinching the PSA Moment of the Season award.

Her thrilling victory against El Hammamy in the final, which spanned five games (11-9, 5-11, 13-11, 12-14, 11-8) and lasted 81 minutes, earned her the PSA Match of the Season award. S. Sivasangari’s exceptional achievements at the PSA awards not only underscore her extraordinary talent and determination but also mark a significant milestone in her career. By clinching both the PSA Moment of the Season and Women’s Match of the Season awards, she has solidified her status as one of the top players in the world.
