Anupama Parameswaran Shines in Tense Teaser for ‘Lockdown'

“Lockdown,” starring Anupama Parameswaran and produced by Subaskaran under the banner Lyca Productions, released its teaser on Sunday. Directed by newcomer AR Jeeva, the film promises a gripping narrative filled with suspense and drama.

Set for release this month, the teaser offers a tantalising peek into the intense storyline. It shows a distressed Anupama Parameswaran desperately seeking help as she attempts to contact her father, to no avail. While the storyline remains largely under wraps, it has been stated that it will be a film that explores the isolation of a young girl during the pandemic lockdown.

“Lockdown” features an ensemble cast including Charlie, Nirosha, Priya Venkat, Livingston, Indhumathi, Rajkumar, Shamji, Lollu Saba Maran, Vinayak Raj, Vidhu, Abhirami, Ravathi, Sanjivie, Priya Ganesh, and Asha.

The technical team behind “Lockdown” boasts talented professionals, with music composed by NR Raghunanthan and Siddharth Vipin, cinematography by KA Sakthivel, editing by VJ Sabu Joseph, and art direction by A Jayakumar.

While anticipation builds, the filmmakers have yet to announce the official release date for “Lockdown.”
