Actor Karthi, who recently appeared in his 25th film “Japan”, is presently filming his 27th movie titled “Vaa Vaathiyaare”. Directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, the film features Karthi alongside Krithi Shetty, Sathyaraj, and Anandraj in prominent roles. “Vaa Vaathiyaare” centers around a young man deeply passionate about MGR, offering a blend of comedy and entertainment.
There’s fresh excitement as news circulates that filming for the current movie will conclude by June, paving the way for actor Karthi to begin preparations for his next project, “Sardar 2”, directed by PS Mithran, starting in July.
“Sardar 2”, the sequel to the 2022 spy thriller, has officially greenlit its second installment with pre-production set to commence shortly. Meanwhile, actor Karthi eagerly anticipates the release of his 26th film, “Mei Azhagan”, helmed by director Premkumar. This family-oriented drama features Karthi alongside Arvind Swamy, Sri Divya, and Swathi Konde in pivotal roles, with music composed by Govind Vasantha.
The actor also has “Kaithi 2” in the pipeline with director Lokesh Kanagaraj and is reportedly set to collaborate with directors Mari Selvaraj and Tamizh for his future projects.
