The 12-year-old youngster of Indian descent will attend New York University (NYU) this autumn to pursue studies in math and physics after graduating from Malverne High School in New York.
Next week, 12-year-old Suborno Isaac Bari will become the youngest graduate from a Long Island high school, making history. In addition, Bari has been awarded a full scholarship to study math and physics at New York University (NYU), where he will enroll this autumn. In a Facebook post, the little genius thanked his parents and talked about his accomplishments.
“At the age of 12, I am in Grade 12 at Malverne High School. My graduation is in a month. Malverne High School hosted a graduation rehearsal today. In a Facebook post, Suborno stated, “I will be the first American (from the Indian Subcontinent) to graduate from high school at the age of twelve.
He added, “By the way, I already got accepted at New York University (NYU) with a full scholarship to pursue a BS in math and physics.” He is scheduled to enroll at NYU this autumn. Without the dedication of my brother, father, and mother, it would not have been feasible.
Suborno also expressed gratitude to his father, Rashidul Bari. “My dad transported me from Malverne High School to Stony Brook University (40 miles each day), from Stony Brook University to NYU (60 miles), and from NYU to home (20 miles) every day. He worked for me like a cab driver. Not even taxi drivers go 120 miles each day. “Thank you, dad,” he continued.
“My goal is to aid individuals globally in comprehending science and mathematics.” My objective is to become a professor and assist people who are in need of quality resources, Suborno stated to ABC 7.
Shaheda Bari, the mother of Bari, told ABC 7 that her brilliant son “was always one step forward, and then I talked to my husband and said he was like different.” He’s not your typical kid.
Suborno is unique, according to not just his parents but also his professors. Some bright kids have passed through these hallways and gone on to Princeton and Harvard. Suborno is really a special situation; we’ve sent some big guns to some amazing schools,” his AP chemistry teacher Patrick Nolan told the outlet.
Suborno’s family and instructors, as well as former US President Barack Obama, are all impressed with his intellect. When he was four years old, Obama acknowledged his academic gift in a handwritten letter.
