The expected progress are, 40% of restoration by 8am on 25th July 2024 (Thursday), 90% of restoration by 8pm on 25th July (Thursday) and the full recovery is said to be on 26th July 2024 (Friday), at 8am

The timeline for full restoration varies based on the location’s distance from treatment plants and system water pressure.

Air Selangor continues to prioritize critical areas, deploying water tankers to hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and funeral service locations. Seventeen Service Centers (SME) are also providing alternative water supply assistance for residents in affected areas.

Staying Informed

Residents are encouraged to stay updated via the official Air Selangor website waterupdates.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor app. Information is also available through their social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and X, or by contacting their hotline at 15300.

The management remains committed to resolving the issue swiftly and ensuring minimal disruption to daily life.
