After selling out Day 1 in less than 2 hours, those who missed out on the pandemonium was hoping that a Day 2 concert would be announced. After some teasing over the last couple of days, it’s now official… Yuvan himself confirmed today that he is ready to party for a second day with us here in Malaysia. Themed “Rowdy Baby Night” the concert is scheduled at the same venue Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil on July 17th 2022.
Malik Streams Corporation hosted a Press Conference earlier today at the Shangri- La Kuala Lumpur with the man himself present to break this exciting news. “We are blown away by the immense support from Yuvan’s fans with 9000 tickets sold out in less than two hours. Upon discussion with Yuvan and his team on the possibility of adding another night , the team was happy to do it for the fans. We are also happy that it’s will be the first international Indian concert in Malaysia post pandemic” quoted Dato Malik Dassthigeer, CEO of Malik Streams Corporation Sdn Bhd .
During the press conference Yuvan also mentioned that the second day show be of a slightly different concept from the first night where he hinted that it will be more of a party atmosphere. He will be performing more of his upbeat numbers and thus the second night has been aptly named “Yuvan 25-Rowdy Baby Night”. Yuvan also mentioned that this night is going to be a celebration of his fans and his musical career spanning over 25 years.
I am very excited to be performing in Malaysia after 10 years and humbled by the fans support in Malaysia. They have always greeted me with so much love and I look forward to meeting them in person on 16th and 17th July 2022. Yuvan is said to be accompanied by some of Tamil music’s leading singers such as Simbhu, Andrea, Vijay Yesudas, Kartic, Javed Ali, Shweta Pandit, Priyanka, Ranjit, Rahul Nambiyar, Tanvishah & Drummer Sivamani.
