“I can’t cope anymore! This is too much”. Does this sound familiar? Are you feeling at your lowest point in life now?

Everyday living involves stress, which is a common response to demands or pressures from the environment. While some stress is healthy and even necessary, excessive stress can break you down and lead to bodily and mental illness.

Stress acts like a switch. It’s either on or off. And when you don’t allow your body and mind to recover from a stressful condition, you’ll feel and appear anxious.

Acute stress (short-term): For instance, when you argue with your partner, or get involved in some actions that gives you sudden shock, you can feel it. It assists you in navigating risky circumstances. When you accomplish something novel or fascinating, it also happens. Everyone experiences severe stress from time to time.

Chronic stress (long term): For instance, having issues with your finances, marriage life, or your job. Chronic stress is any kind of stress that lasts for several weeks or months. It can cause you to lose sight of its negative effects. If you can’t control your stress, it could affect your health.
