The latest buzz from the Tamil movie industry has got us in a little bit of a tizzy. We already knew that Karthik Subbaraj will be teaming up with Rajinikanth for his next film.
The project, financed by Sun Pictures will now feature our people’s son, Vijay Sethupathi!
It’s no secret that Karthik Subbaraj’s close ally has always been Vijay Sethupathi, both receiving their big break from their first project together, Pizza. Since then, he has come up with a host of successful movies, namely Jigarthanda, Iraivi and Mercury.
Rumours are afloat on which of the two stars is playing the protagonist, but we are willing to wait patiently for the release sometime in 2019.
Shooting will begin later this year. Why are we inexplicably excited about this yet to be named movie? Because in addition to these big names, Anirudh will be the music director of this feature!
