National Footballer N. Thanabalan’s Car Was Stolen At Batu Caves

Negeri Sembilan football player and national striker N.Thanabalan lost his car, a Proton Iswara, in the midst of celebrating Thaipusam with his family.

The national footballer apparently parked his car at Batu Caves on Wednesday evening and went to celebrate Thaipusam with his family. He later realised that the car was missing when they wanted to head home at about 5am.

“My family and I left our home in Taman Seremban Jaya, Senawang, to celebrate Thaipusam and only realised my car was gone at 5am yesterday morning when we wanted to go home.” NST quoted Thanabalan as saying.

“We searched for my car high and low for two hours but could not locate it and in the end I had to call my friends for help and I straight away made a police report at the Gombak district police station.” he added.

The car has very special significance to Thanabalan, he said that it has brought him luck since he bought last year. He also constantly posts pictures of the blue Iswara on his official Instagram account.

Thanabalan, who failed to locate his after searching for it, has resorted to Facebook’s help. The 22-year-old footballer posted a picture of himself by his beloved Proton Iswara, asking netizens to help locate his car.

“Guys i need a help from all of u.. My car has been stolen yesterday morning at 5am near batu caves.. if anyone get to see this car, please do let me know… A kind request from me” the caption read.

The post has gone viral and been shared over 4,000 times on Facebook.
