Just like her husband Suriya, Jyothika can also totally pull-off the gutsy, fearless cop role, and we can’t wait to watch her in Naachiyaar.

Donning a stone cold facade, Jyothika plays a ruthless cop who takes on bad guys and brings them to justice. This highly-anticipated film is directed by national award winning filmmaker Bala.

Aside from Jyothika, music composer/actor GV Prakash will also be making an appearance in the film. Music director Ilayaraja will be scoring music for the film.

However, director Bala has decided that there will be no audio release for the film – as he wants his audience to get a first-hand and high-quality experience of the songs in the cinema.

The film will hit cinemas worldwide on February 16, 2018.
