Puan Vinnothyni Velayutham won 2nd Best Service Award in Immigration department.  There were also 27 other Indian officers from various departments receiving awards.

Puan Vinnothyni and Puan Angeshwari Subramaniam are currently working in the immigration department at Jalan Duta in Kuala Lumpur. However, this is not the first award for Puan Vinnothyni. She has received this award once previously ever since the start of her service to this department 11 years ago.

All smiles for the awards they have received.

Awarding and acknowledging the performance of staff will overall help with better productivity. A total of 865 officers and staff were honoured with the Best Service Awards for providing excellent service in the field of Malaysian Immigration. Out of these number, 28 of them were officers and staff.

Deputy Minister of Interior, Dato Mohammed Aziz Jamun and Malaysia Director Genaral, Dato Indra Cheryl Saimi attended the ceremony which was held last week at the headquarters of the Interior Ministry in Putrajaya.
