During a press conference earlier today, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin stated that this would be subject to the previously stated criteria and SOPs, which included the  need that their clients be completely vaccinated.

Photographic equipment and services, flowers and nurseries, handicraft and souvenirs, antiques, toys, carpets, creative content and equipment, outdoor equipment, cosmetics, skin care, perfume, tobacco and vape shops are among the businesses which are involved in the list.

In addition, manufacturing, construction, and mining and quarrying businesses can all reopen in all states. This follows the government’s decision to waive several SOPs for those who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 vaccination.
