Suriya’s highly anticipated film ‘Kanguva’ was originally set for a grand solo release on October 10. However, the recent announcement of Rajinikanth’s ‘Vettaiyan’ releasing on the same day has caused a major dilemma, as the superstar’s film is expected to dominate the box office. Due to this, there are now reports indicating that ‘Kanguva’ might be postponed from its scheduled release date.

The producers of ‘Kanguva’ have remained silent about the situation, neither confirming nor denying the potential change in the release date. Previously, KE Gnanavel Raja, the producer of ‘Kanguva’, mentioned that both he and Suriya hold great respect for Superstar Rajinikanth, which led them to choose October 10 for their film’s release, under the belief that ‘Vettaiyan’ was aiming for a Deepavali release. However, with ‘Vettaiyan’ now also set to release on October 10, it seems the ‘Kanguva’ team is considering postponing their film to a later date.

Recent reports suggest that ‘Kanguva’ may be postponed to November to secure the solo release it deserves. Fans have also encouraged the producers to consider advancing the release date or possibly scheduling it a day before or after ‘Vettaiyan’ to avoid a direct clash with the Superstar’s film. However, the final decision is still pending, and fans are eagerly awaiting an official announcement from the ‘Kanguva’ team.
