Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film ‘Amaran’ has already captured the audience’s attention, with many eagerly anticipating its release. The movie marks the actor’s first time portraying a biographical role, adding to the excitement surrounding the project. Recently, the audio launch event for *Amaran* took place in Chennai, drawing the presence of numerous celebrities and stars, making it a star-studded affair that further fueled the buzz around the film.
At the ‘Amaran’ audio launch, fans of Sivakarthikeyan, known for his role in ‘Don’, were thrilled by the hint of a potential collaboration between the actor and director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Lokesh, who attended the event, was asked by the host to address the popular question on everyone’s mind—whether he would direct a grand entertainer starring Sivakarthikeyan. This sparked excitement among the fans, eagerly awaiting such a possibility.
He said, “He already has that ‘Thuppakki’ spirit. We’ve discussed the script and will be working together soon.”
In addition to the Rajkumar Periasamy film, Sivakarthikeyan is also working on ‘SK 23’, with renowned director AR Murugadoss. ‘Amaran’, produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International, features Sai Pallavi as the female lead. The movie brings together an impressive technical team, including music composer GV Prakash Kumar, cinematographer CH Sai, editor Kalaivanan, and stunt director Stefan Richter. ‘Amaran’ is set to hit theaters on October 31, perfectly timed for a Deepavali release.
Meanwhile, Lokesh Kanagaraj, who recently directed Vijay’s ‘Leo’, is currently working on ‘Coolie’, with Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film also features an ensemble cast, including Sathyaraj, Nagarjuna, Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, and Upendra in key roles.
